3 MONTH PROGRAM

You have been on a health journey, but need a little boost

  • You feel like you eat well, have a movement practice and understand the basics, but you feel like something is missing

  • This plan gives you the opportunity to hone in on what you might need to adjust with your routine, and give you tools to move you forward with your goals

  • We will look at the big picture; the goals you have and how your mindset, lifestyle, food and movement choices affect them in both positive and negative ways

  • During our 12 weeks together, we will have weekly check-in's; 2 in-person or Skype and 2 email check-ins per month to make sure your questions get answered and you aren't stuck guessing

  • Together, we will tailor a program that fits YOUR needs and gives you the tools for long-lasting change!

  • Investment

    • one time payment of $600, or 3 x $200 monthly payments

6 MONTH PROGRAM

Let's do some heavy lifting

  • You're totally burnt out, overwhelmed, or just don't know where to start 

  • This plan gives us the space and time to really dive deep into what you are longing for - is it a full review on nutrition basics? Doing some dietary food testing? Work on sleep hygiene? Maybe you know you need accountability for a long enough stretch that helps you navigate any obstacle life can throw your way- be that travel, holidays, parties, etc.

  • We will look at the big picture; the goals you have and how your mindset, lifestyle, food and movement choices affect them in both positive and negative ways

  • During our 24 weeks together, we will have weekly check-in's; 2 in-person or Skype and 2 email check-ins per month to make sure your questions get answered and you aren't stuck guessing!

  • Together, we will create a lifestyle that you have been craving and give you the tool for long-lasting change!

  • Investment

    • 1 $1,200 payment, or 6 x $200 payments ​
